Welcome Transfer Applicants!

Fordham University welcomes transfer students each year because we value the diversity these students bring to the campus community. To be eligible for transfer admission, students must have completed coursework at an accredited community college or four-year college or university. These students must also have graduated from high school or earned a high school diploma equivalent. The majority of these students enter in the fall semester, although we do offer spring admission as well.

Transfer Orientation, Fall 2010

Whether you are applying to Fordham University’s Lincoln Center campus, nestled in one of the most exciting and dynamic neighborhoods of New York City or the Rose Hill campus, set on eighty five idyllic acres in the Bronx, we encourage you to explore the option of transferring to our university. Each year the Transfer Admission Committee evaluates approximately 1800 transfer applications for both the Rose Hill and Lincoln Center campuses. When evaluating these applications, the committee strives to ensure that each admitted applicant will be a good match for Fordham University.

If you are interested in applying, please visit our Application Deadlines and Admission Requirements Page to learn more about the application process.
